Pix From Our Memorial Day Trip in California and Nixon's first trip to Lego Land!!!!

Morgan went surfing at Hunnington beach and then we came and met him for some fun with Nixon,Mom, and Molly!

Molly and I got to ride on a lego roller coaster, there are acutally tons of rides and roller coasters their for adults too!!!

Nixon was excited to see Thomas The Train made all out of Legos, it was so cool!

Here we are with Gi Gi and Aunt Molly in front of a huge Albert Einstein made out of Legos, this was my favorite one besides the Eiffel Tower (their was also the Sidney Opera House,New York City, etc.) all made out of Legos, we took a boat ride across the water to see all the amazing Lego buildings!!!!

After some spray water rides we relaxed and dried off on a nice airplane ride, Nixon had so much fun!

Then we went over to the aquarium at Lego Land, you can buy a hopper pass and it was neat to see all the beautiful fish and there was an amazing tunnel you walk through where sharks and fish are swimming all around you!

The end after the shark tunnel, Nixon was all over the place looking at all the fish and sharks and his favorite was the sea horses, he watched them forever and here he is NOT WANTING TO STOP FOR A PICTURE AS USUAL:):)!!!!

Another day at the beach, this time Laguna Beach and we had to have an icecream stop with mom(GiGi)!!!!:):)

It's so neat he's making memories at the Laguna beach like I did, we have pictures of me here at his same age!!!:):)

Nixon would try to pretend to surf in the sand and waves trying to be like Daddy, it was so cute and Morgan got a lot of surfing in early every morning!!!!

Oh my gosh, Nixon had so much fun and loved building sand castles and playing in the neat puddles kids built!!!!



Ok, this was so cute!!! Nixon saw some little kids next to us being burried and so he layed down in the sand and yelled to my mom and I, "Bury me", it was so adorable!!! So we did it and he lasted really good right until we were done and then he rolled out of it in about two seconds, we barely got this picture!:)

Then he really wanted to burry his Daddy, it was Nixon's favorite thing to do at the beach!!!! :):)
He had so much fun!!! What a good sport Morgan always is!!!!

OUR SECOND 5K RACE!!!!! Race For The Red!

Well, Morgan and I decided to start running seriously since it's become a fun hobby we can do together as a family (I'm so lucky Nixon likes running along with me in the stroller in the mornings:)!!! I wanted us to find something fun we can do for the rest of our lives together:)wakeboarding won't last forever! We did our first 5k not too long ago and LOVED it so much that we couldn't wait for the next one! I couldn't believe the feeling after finishing the race, the endorphins I released were seriously awesome! I couldn't stop jumping around and felt like a little kid full of energy, I told a lot of my friends and family and wanted them to run too:) Morgan still teases me for that, but it was such an exhilarating feeling I wanted to share it and everyone to have it too!!!
The first race we did was for research on Autism! I love that we can do something we enjoy and help a charity in need at the same time! WE WILL NOW BE DOING MANY MORE RACES AS WE TRAIN FOR A HALF MARATHON SOMETIME, AHHHHHH!!! WISH US LUCK and if anyone wants to run a 5k with us pretty soon, probably sometime in July or Aug.,let us know, we'd love you to join us!!!!:):):) This race for the red was such a fun thing to be a part of too, especially seeing some of the people with real heart conditions participating and changing their lives! It's so motivational to be running for a cause and knowing 100% of the proceeds are going toward the research and in this case cures for heart disease!!!
Right after the race, it was such a perfect day and here we are after we turned our numbers in! We placed pretty good especially since there were hills I wasn't expecting:) it was along the river trail in Provo, I love running near water and thanks to Morgan staying right with me the whole time and not going ahead,we always finish together, which is fun, such a nice husband:) soon I know he won't have to go ANY slower for me:):) I'm catching up pretty fast:):)!

Our Easter Trip To California!!!

It was so fun to be in California again! Here we are after church on Easter Sunday,Grandma Gi Gi gave Nixon a fun surprise easter basket!!!

Traveling, Traveling: Christmas In California and Our Las Vegas Trip Before Thanksgiving!!!

BEFORE WE LEFT FOR CALI  we had fun with family here in Utah doing lots of this and that with family!!!       Here are some hightlights!!!

NIXON AND MORGAN HAD SOME SERIOUS SHOVELING TO DO, HERE THEY ARE GETTING READY TO GO OUT!!!

NIXON HAD SO MUCH FUN WITH HIS DAD IN THE SNOW, HE LOVED IT!!!

HE ALSO GOT TO SLIDE DOWN ALL THE SNOW HILLS AND OF COURSE IT WAS TOUGH TO GET HIM TO GO BACK INSIDE WHEN THE SHOVELING WAS ALL DONE!!!

HE WASN'T SCARED AT ALL AND JUST HUNG OUT WITH HIM, IT WAS SO CUTE!!!

HE WAS SERIOUSLY THE BEST SANTA I'VE EVER MET, SO NICE AND JOLLY AND REAL!!!! :):)

CALIFORNIA WAS A FUN BREAK FROM ALL THE COLD AND IT WAS SO FUN TO SEE MY MOM AND SISTER MOLLY!!!!

THIS PICTURE WAS SO FUNNY, NIXON WAS TICKLING ME!!!! HE LOVES TO TICKLE THESE DAYS AND SAYS, "TEEKLE, TEEKLE", WHEN HE DOES IT AND LAUGHS AND LAUGHS!!!!

EVEN THOUGH WE'RE SO SAD MOLLY AND DRE MOVED TO CALI WE ARE SO HAPPY FOR THEM AND LOVE THEIR NEW PLACE!!! THIS IS THEIR NEW BACKYARD, LITERALLY!!! THEY LIVE RIGHT ON THE BEACH ON CORONADO ISLAND, THEY'RE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LUCKY!!!!!

WE LOVED THE BEACH SO MUCH AND MORGAN GOT TO SURF ALMOST EVERYDAY AGAIN!!!!


WE WENT TO A FUN LITTLE ICECREAM SHOP AND UNCLE DRE TOOK NIXON FOR A COW RIDE, HIS SAMPLE ICECREAM SPOON LOOKS LIKE A CIGARETTE, HUH!!! :)

AND OF COURSE WE HAD TO DO OUR TRADITIONAL BEACH CRUISING ON NEWPORT BEACH!!!

IT WAS SO NICE AND I'M GLAD NIXON LOVES IT BECAUSE WE SURE DO!!!!

MY MOM AND I TOOK NIXON SWINGING AT A PARK ON THE BEACH, THANK YOU MOM WE LOVE YOU AND HAD SUCH A WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS AND VACATION!!!!

Morgan and his Dad and some of their staff had a dental convetion in Vegas so Nixon and I came along for a fun vacation and some much needed sun! We just loved the Paris Hotel and I took Nixon to the pool and we'd eat and shop around at the cute little french cafe's, it made me really want to go back to France!!!

I had no idea the weather would be this nice and the Paris pool was nice and quaint!

ONCE WE GOT IN THE POOL NIXON WAS A FISH,I COULDN'T GET HIM OUT AND HE KEPT DIVING IN AND WANTING TO GO WAY OUT IN THE DEEP END,HE KEPT JUST JUMPING IN HEAD FIRST, HE HAS NO FEAR!!!!!

MORGAN'S DAD WATCHED NIXON ONE NIGHT SO WE COULD GO ON A DATE! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ITALY AND THE VENETIAN HOTEL MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU'RE REALLY THERE, WITH THE GONDOLA RIDES,THE LIVE MUSIC,AND OF COURSE WE CERTAINLY COULDN'T RESIST THE GELATO, IT WAS ONE OF THE MOST ROMANTIC DATES WE'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME!!!


OH AND NIXON SURE LOVED THE JACCUZI TUB IN OUR HOTEL ROOM!!!!

GETTING READY WITH NIXON FOR OUR NIGHT OUT ON THE TOWN, HE WAS SO CUTE AND LOVED HIS BATHS ESPECIALLY BECAUSE THEY WERE LIKE SWIMMING IN A POOL AND HE AND GRANDPA STEVE HAD A REALLY FUN NIGHT!

BEFORE SPENDING TIME AT THE VENETIAN WE GOT TO SEE A CIRCE DE SOLEIL SHOW!!!

HERE WE ARE INSIDE THE THEATRE, THIS SHOW WAS A NEW CIRCE SHOW CALLED LE REVE,WHICH MEANS THE DREAM IN FRENCH! IT WAS SO AMAZING WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT, THANKS GRANDPA STEVE FOR HANGING OUT WITH OUR LITTLE GUY THAT NIGHT!!!
